Are you a licensed and insured roofing contractor in the state of Florida?

Yes we are a licensed roofing contractor as well as a licensed residential contractor in the state of Florida. We carry workers compensation and general liability insurance for our company and employees.

What type of roofing material do you install?

We install asphalt shingle roofing material from the leading manufacturers in the industry to include GAF, Certainteed, and Owens Corning. We also install metal roofing material both multi rib and standing seam roof in a wide range of material thicknesses. We are a certified and preferred installer for each of the manufacturers listed.

How long does it take to complete the project?

The typical Florida roof can be completed within 1 or two days. However, based on the size of the roof, complexity of the project and the municipality the home is located in, it may take up to three days. This is due to the inspection process being different in different municipalities.

Do you offer financing for the installation of the roof?

Yes we are partnered with one of the leading lenders in the industry Service Finance. We offer 4 programs to choose from with several different interest rates and term lengths. Our office assist with the approval process and walks you through the process from start to finish.

PLAN 4132: Fixed Interest 9.99% 120 months (minimum $3000.00)

Plan 1018: Deferred Interest Minimum Monthly Payments

Do you offer free inspections and estimates?

Yes once we receive your information and interest in receiving an estimate for a roof replacement. We enter your information into our system and assign you a project manager to inspect the roof, take photos of the roof and determine what the replacement cost would be. It is our goal to inspect every roof prior to offering an estimate. This allows the project manager the opportunity to inspect for any unforeseen issues that might arise during the installation process. Although it is impossible to predict every issue we believe by visiting the property and actually climbing on the roof and inspecting it we can determine if an insurance claim is necessary or if it will be paid for out of pocket.

How do you determine the amount of material needed?

Answer: There are a number of different tools that can be used to measure. Salt Roofing currently utilizes what is considered one of the most accurate aerial measurements using satellite imagery of the property to sketch the roof with the aid of a computer.

RoofSnap offers the most recent captures of nearly any address – but it gets better. RoofSnap has access to imagery that is updated throughout the year, so not only can your measurements take into account the latest conditions of the property, but if you're measuring an area that's typically blocked by leaves or foliage, you can refer to images during off-season months when those obstructions aren't as prevalent.
